Art Scavenger Hunt

The Featured Artist’s work will be showcased as part of the “Art Scavenger Hunt,” a fun art education and appreciation adventure. There will be up to ten Destination Venues which will host one Featured Artist piece. The art will be accompanied by a photo of the artist as well as information provided by the artist which can be understood by a 10 year old and include at least three descriptors: subject matter, medium, inspiration for piece or technique. The Art Scavenger Hunters will be required to locate the Featured Artist’s works in at least six venues, including two mandatory venues and will be given clues gleaned from the artist’s descriptors. Completed scavenger hunt forms will be turned in at the Featured Artist Venue. Prizes will be awarded.
