ArtLink is a free evening of art exhibitions, music, live theatre, dance and children’s activities. A collaborative effort between businesses and arts organizations, ArtLink transforms downtown Longmont businesses into galleries and promotes cultural arts for three fabulous evenings each year.
We’ve got a new name and mission! Formerly known as ArtWalk Longmont, we’ve changed our name to ArtLink Longmont. We changed our name and mission statement in order to increase the visibility and attendance of the event to a statewide level. ArtWalks are traditionally gallery hops which hold great appeal for art lovers but generally do not inspire attendance of the general public or children. Our new name and mission distinguishes the Longmont event from the many ArtWalks throughout the country.
Mission Statement: ArtLink Longmont promotes the arts through education, celebration and demonstration to achieve an economically sustainable environment for the Integration of Life and Art.
ArtFul Desert Contest: Entertain your taste buds with irresistible cookies, scrumptious cakes, delectable candies and more at the ArtFul Dessert Contest May 21st, 2010. The tasting and judging will be at Great Frame Up, 430 Main Street.
Enter your scrumpdilitious professional or amateur dessert in the ArtFul Dessert Contest to be held Friday, May 21st. All ages welcome. We are accepting entries until noon on May 21st. .
